Depth Hypnosis

Depth hypnosis uses guided meditation, insight inquiry, and regression work to access material below ordinary waking awareness — different from talk therapy, which stays at the conscious level. Sessions run 90 minutes and unfold in stages: we start grounded and present, settle into a relaxed but focused state, and then follow whatever emerges — a memory, an image, a felt sense in the body — rather than steering toward a predetermined outcome. Because this work often surfaces material through the body as much as through story, I draw on somatic training throughout, tracking physical sensation alongside whatever you're seeing or remembering. I stay present as your guide the whole way through: watching the pace, noticing when to slow down or go deeper, and helping you land afterward so what surfaced is usable rather than overwhelming. We close every session with time to talk through what came up and what it might mean moving forward.

Applied Shamanic Counseling

I bring traditional shamanic practices into a modern therapeutic context. Sessions run 90 minutes. We begin by naming a clear question or intention — something specific you want insight on. Most often, we journey using the repetitive sound of drumming; other times, guided meditation is the better entry point, depending on what the work calls for. Either way, you move through the experience while I stay anchored in ordinary awareness, tracking time and holding the container so you're free to go fully into what arises. As with depth hypnosis, I bring a somatic lens to this work — paying attention to what your body is registering, not just what you're seeing or hearing on the journey. Afterward, we spend time together making sense of the images, sensations, or messages that came through, and talking about how to carry them into daily life.
